Established in 2019, the United Independent Fabricators Union is dedicated to empowering workers across a variety of industries. Our local's mission is to advocate for fair wages, ensure safe and equitable working conditions, and provide a unified voice for every member. Together, we stand strong, fostering a community of support and solidarity that prioritizes the well-being of workers and champions their rights in an ever-evolving workforce.
We believe that independent fabricators deserve respect, fair treatment, and support in their chosen professions, and we work tirelessly to ensure that they receive the wages, benefits, and protections they need to succeed. At the UIFU, we are committed to promoting social justice, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and the broader community, and we work tirelessly to engage with our members and other stakeholders to promote these values.
